Dr. Berkovich is absolutely the best!! She is an MS expert and explores all medications and tx options with you. She is at the forefront of medicine & technology (she is also involved in FDA trials). She is intelligent, profoundly caring, empathetic, and has a great sense of humor! Dr. Berkovich has great resources (there is an MRI in her suite! how convenient) and has great referrals at her disposal. she always goes above and beyond for me and my family. The office staff is superb!! Boy are they saints to spend hours on the phone with health insurance, pharmacies.. getting authorizations, approvals etc and all the taxing admin things.. (yes it's their job! But they do it competently, with great followup and communication -and they get it done with urgency). If her staff can't do it then literally no one can. I never have to chase them down.. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Berkovich. I love her!! Ps I never write reviews but that is how impactful and important she is to me! I am here in her office for hour and fourth minutes. I was late today but I am always on time and doctor is even late or canceling my appointment the day before my appointment.They are having lunch, and I am waiting and waiting.So tired from this doctor and her staff
